Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies outlined below and may vary depending on the trip or experience booked.
Cancellation by User
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to trip start date would be eligible for a 100% refund.
- We operate at a low scale as of now. For other scenarios, please write us as support@alternatetravel.in
- Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Alternate Travel
- If a trip or experience is cancelled by Alternate Travel, users will receive a full refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
